Frills and ruffles scare you? Wear something with pleats instead. Also, why micro-pleats?
There’s talk about micro-pleats taking over the Spring fashion scene this year but I’m still not completely taken by the look of it.
It is textural, no doubt but it also appears as lines structured close together or from afar, stripes. I still prefer the fairly-spaced out pleats that you see on skirts and even culottes. What’s the point of wearing pleats if it’s going to look like lines from a distance, right? That’s just my opinion. What about yours?
